Greetings, my dear Ladies of Hive. I hope you are all doing very well and enjoying good health and well-being.
I鈥檓 back in the community to participate in the 291st edition of the contest that our beloved Ladies of Hive invite us to join every week. This time, I鈥檒l be answering one of the questions posed by our friend 
1锔忊儯 Did anyone support you during your most difficult time? How did they help?
I鈥檝e always had a support network that has sustained me with love, and even more so during one of the most difficult times of my life. In the midst of the toughest circumstances, having someone willing to listen to me was a true relief.
I especially remember a close friend who was there for me without needing to say much. They鈥檇 call to check on me, ask if I needed anything, and, above all, let me express my feelings without judging me. Often, a heart-to-heart conversation at the end of the day was enough to help me regain a little peace of mind and keep moving forward.

1锔忊儯 驴Alguien te apoy贸 durante tu momento m谩s dif铆cil? 驴C贸mo ayudaron?
Siempre he tenido una red de apoyo que me ha sostenido con amor, y mucho m谩s durante uno de los momentos m谩s dif铆ciles de mi vida. En medio de las m谩s duras circunstancias, contar con alguien dispuesto a escucharme fue un verdadero alivio.
Recuerdo especialmente a una persona cercana que estuvo presente sin necesidad de muchas palabras. Me llamaba para saber c贸mo estaba, me preguntaba si necesitaba algo y, sobre todo, me permit铆a expresar lo que sent铆a sin juzgarme. Muchas veces, una conversaci贸n sincera al final del d铆a era suficiente para ayudarme a recuperar un poco de tranquilidad y continuar adelante.
I also received the support and encouragement of my family, who helped me with daily tasks when I didn鈥檛 have the energy to do everything on my own. That support was invaluable because it allowed me to focus on addressing what truly required my attention at that moment. Knowing that I wasn鈥檛 alone gave me a sense of security for which I am deeply grateful.
Sometimes help comes in the form of a phone call, a word of encouragement, an unexpected visit, or a simple gesture that shows genuine concern. Thanks to that support, I was able to face my difficulties with greater strength and confidence.
Tambi茅n recib铆 la contenci贸n y el apoyo de mi familia que me ayudaba en tareas cotidianas cuando yo no ten铆a la energ铆a suficiente para hacerlo todo. Ese acompa帽amiento fue muy valioso porque me permiti贸 enfocarme en resolver lo que realmente requer铆a mi atenci贸n en ese momento. Saber que no estaba sola me dio una sensaci贸n de seguridad que agradezco profundamente.
A veces la ayuda se encuentra en una llamada, en una palabra de 谩nimo, en una visita inesperada o en un gesto sencillo que demuestra inter茅s genuino. Gracias a ese apoyo pude afrontar las dificultades con m谩s fortaleza y confianza.
