Saludos, amigos de esta comunidad especial para nuestras mascotas. Hace rato que no publicaba por aquí y eso que tengo tantas cosas que contarles acerca de la vida de mis mascotas, pero es que entre tantas cosas, los días pasan volando y no me ha dado oporunidad porque implica, además, tomarles las fotos para ilustrar las publicaciones. En ocasiones, no me da tiempo buscar el celular para documentar una pose o alguna actitud de Maga, de Bruno o de Blacky porque es como si reconocieran mis intenciones, me miran y me dejan con las ganas de que repitan para la foto. Estos pequeños son muy inteligentes jajaja.
Hoy, comparto un día de paseo dominical para Bruno y para Blacky. Mis sobrinas estuvieron en casa el fin de semana y una de las cosas que quería hacer con ellas era salir de paseo con los perros. Así, el domigo, casi al final de la tarde, decidimos llevarlos a una zona que me encanta de mi ciudad. Es el lugar donde tengo el placer de contemplar los atardeceres cerca del mar. Allí, los llevamos a pasear para disfrutar de la brisa marina, del atardecer y de un espacio abierto para que mis amados perritos corrieran al aire libre.
Nos alistamos y en cuanto los perritos se dieron cuenta de que estaba buscando sus correas, especialmente Blacky comenzó a saltar de alegría y corría hasta la puerta de la calle, mostrando todos sus dientecitos como en una gran sonrisa.
El tema de pasear a los perros se torna, a veces, complicado porque tienen mucha energía acumulada y aunque la casa es grande y viven a sus anchas en ella, es bien cierto que necesitan pasear en espacios más grandes. Hemos tratado de darles paseos breves todas las noches en la calle donde vivimos para que liberen toda su fuerzas y energía.
Greetings, friends of this special community for our pets. It's been a while since I last posted here and I have so many things to tell you about my pets' life, but the days fly by and I haven't had the chance because it involves taking pictures of them to illustrate the publications. Sometimes, I don't have time to look for my cell phone to document a pose or some attitude of Maga, Bruno or Blacky because it's as if they recognize my intentions, they look at me and leave me with the desire to repeat for the photo. These little guys are very smart hahaha.
Today, I share a day of Sunday outings for Bruno and Blacky. My nieces were home for the weekend and one of the things I wanted to do with them was to go for a walk with the dogs. So, on Sunday, near the end of the afternoon, we decided to take them to an area that I love in my city. It is the place where I have the pleasure of watching the sunsets near the sea. There, we took them for a walk to enjoy the sea breeze, the sunset, and open space for my beloved doggies to run around in the fresh air.
We got ready and as soon as the puppies realized I was looking for their leashes, especially Blacky started jumping for joy and was running to the street door, showing all his little teeth as if in a big smile.
The issue of walking the dogs is sometimes complicated because they have a lot of accumulated energy and although the house is large and they live at ease in it, it is true that they need to walk in larger spaces. We have tried to give them short walks every night in the street where we live so that they can release all their strength and energy.
Ya listos con sus correas puestas, se subieron al carro y emprendimos el viaje hacia la perimetral de Cumaná, cerca del Monumento a la ciudad. En este lugar, hay menos gente y por esto me gusta pasearlos por ahí. Trato de evitar aglomeraciones porque ellos se estresan si ven muchos extraños o si ven otro perro o, peor, un gato. Entonces, para que el paseo sea placentero, los llevo a caminar cerca del mar. Nada más llegar, comienzan a jadear de emoción, y es que disfrutan del paseo desde que se suben al carro, pues les encanta ir con casi la mitad del cuerpo fuera de la ventanilla y las orejas al viento.
Nicole se encargó de Bruno y yo de Blacky porque a veces este es muy mal portado. Corre, salta, quisiera que lo soltara para poder correr libremente, pero no porque que me da miedo que pueda ir detrás de alguien, y causar algún daño.
Mientras, nosotras los paseábamos, 
Nicole took care of Bruno and I took care of Blacky because sometimes he is very bad behaved. He runs, jumps, I wish I could let him go so he could run free, but I don't because I'm afraid he might go after someone and cause some damage.

Nicole disfrutó de este paseo porque llevaba a Bruno que es un perrito muy tranquilo y obediente. Más bien había que llamarlo para que viniera a nuestro lado porque se quedaba rezagado. A él no le gusta mucho la corredera, en casa pasa todo el día durmiendo. También porque ya es un señor mayor y prefiere quedarse cerca de su amada Maga. En cambio, Blacky es un terremoto. Le encanta salir a pasear y a veces se queda mirando desde la puerta de la casa hacia la calle como deseando poder salir sin permiso, sin correa, sin dueña. Puede pasar toda la mañana o la tarde echado, tomando el aire y viendo a la gente pasar. Pero, si pasa un perrito o un gato quisiera traspasar las rejas. Es ese instante cuando nos damos cuenta de que ha estado así, al acecho, marcando territorio.
Nicole enjoyed this walk because she took Bruno, who is a very calm and obedient dog. We rather had to call him to come to our side because he was lagging behind. He doesn't like the runner very much, at home he spends all day sleeping. Also because he is an old man and prefers to stay close to his beloved Maga. Blacky, on the other hand, is an earthquake. He loves to go for walks and sometimes he stares from the door of the house to the street as if he wished he could go out without permission, without a leash, without an owner. He can spend all morning or afternoon lying down, taking the air and watching people go by. But, if a puppy or a cat passes by, he would like to go through the bars. It is that instant when we realize that he has been like that, lying in wait, marking territory.

En los paseos nocturnos, los sacamos media hora, hacemos paseos cortos para que no se agoten y esperamos que no haya mucha gente en la calle para que estén tranquilos. Aunque, en ocasiones esto es inevitable, pues cuando ven al gato de la vecina, se alteran. He estado buscando recomendaciones para que no se estresen, pero todavía no he conseguido una solución. Imagino que es parte de su naturaleza, he pensado en buscar un entrenador de perros que me ayude a educarlos y, así, revertir ese comportamiento.
A ellos les encanta salir y el paseo de ayer fue placentero. Todos lo disfrutamos mucho. Y lo mejor, nos queda el recuerdo del momento vivido en estas imágenes que, aunque no son las mejores, recogen un momento muy especial de disfrute familiar.
In the night walks, we take them out for half an hour, we make short walks so that they do not get exhausted and we hope that there are not many people in the street so that they are calm. Although, sometimes this is unavoidable because when they see the neighbor's cat, they get upset. I've been looking for recommendations to keep them from getting stressed, but I haven't come up with a solution yet. I imagine that it is part of their nature, I have thought of looking for a dog trainer to help me educate them and, thus, reverse this behavior.
They love to go out and yesterday's walk was pleasant. We all enjoyed it very much. And best of all, we have the memory of the moment lived in these images that, although they are not the best, capture a very special moment of family enjoyment.
