Hello, hello, dear friends. I hope you are having a peaceful Sunday, surrounded by your loved ones and doing what you love the most.
In my case, I stayed at home. In the morning I organized everything that was pending and watered my plants, which was their turn.
The afternoon has been rainy and I have felt a little nostalgic, it must also be because of the music I have been listening to, although I have been singing my favorite songs at the top of my lungs, while my husband applauds my forgetfulness in the lyrics.
I arranged the flowers I bought for my mom and put them next to her picture, always smiling, as I want to remember her every day.
She loved flowers, especially roses. The bouquet I bought this week has a combination of pom poms, daisies and others I can't remember the names of. I thought it was so beautiful and colorful and fell in love.
Here in Bogota, flowers are very cheap, so I can change every week or every fifteen days the bouquets for my mom and I feel that she gets happy, I see her bright smile in the photo I brought her, without even imagining that it would be the one I put flowers in.
I brought it because I loved it. The day I took her picture, a few years ago, I had done her hair, made her make-up and did a photo session of her looking so cute.
Then, I printed out the photo and gave them to my siblings. It's the one we all have to put flowers on.
I thought these photos were so beautiful that I wanted to share them with you. And also, to share a little of my feelings on this rainy Sunday in Bogota.
Hola, holaaa, queridos amigos. Espero est茅n pasando un domingo tranquilo, rodeados de sus seres amados y haciendo aquello que m谩s les gusta.
En mi caso, me qued茅 en casa. En la ma帽ana organic茅 todo lo pendiente y regu茅 mis maticas que ya les tocaba.
La tarde ha estado lluviosa y algo de nostalgia he sentido, tambi茅n debe ser por la m煤sica que he estado escuchando, aunque he cantado mis canciones favoritas a todo pulm贸n, mientras mi esposo aplaude mis olvidos en las letras.
Arregl茅 las flores que compr茅 para mi mam谩 y las puse al lado de su foto, siempre sonriente, como quiero recordarla cada d铆a.
A ella le encantaban las flores, sobre todo las rosas. El ramillete que compr茅 esta semana tiene una combinaci贸n de pompones, margaritas y otras que no recuerdo los nombres. Me pareci贸 tan bello y colorido y me enamor茅.
Aqu铆 en Bogot谩, las flores son muy econ贸micas, as铆 puedo cambiar cada semana o cada quince d铆as los ramos para mi mam谩 y siento que ella se pone feliz, veo su sonrisa viva en la foto que me traje de ella, sin siquiera imaginar que iba ser en la que le pusiera flores.
Me la traje porque me encanta. El d铆a que se la tom茅, hace unos cu谩ntos a帽os atr谩s, le hab铆a arreglado el cabello, la hab铆a maquillado y le hice una sesi贸n de fotos as铆 de linda.
Luego, imprim铆 la foto y se las regal茅 a mis hermanos. Es la que todos tenemos para ponerle flores.
Me parecieron tan bellas estas fotos que quise compartirlas con ustedes. Y tambi茅n, compartir un poco de mis sentimientos en este domingo lluvioso en Bogot谩.
