Greetings, my dear #HIVE friends.
I hope you are very well, in good health and well being.
One of the things I like to do when doing fruit and vegetable markets is to take pictures to capture the beautiful colors that are the protagonists in these areas of the supermarkets.
Unfortunately, many times, the area of healthier foods such as vegetables and fruits, in some markets is at the back, in others, on the sides, and not at first sight as it should be.
In my eagerness to eat more natural food and avoid as much processed food as possible, although it is a bit difficult in these times, I always go straight to the vegetable area to get a balanced diet and make my meals full of color and different flavors, which makes them more attractive and appetizing.
Vegetables have beautiful colors and are so varied. Each color indicates the presence of different nutrients, vitamins and minerals that are abundant in them and that we need in our bodies.
When we include vegetables, fruits and vegetables of different colors, we are appropriating all those nutrients and antioxidants to take care of our health and prevent diseases. I love to have on my plates a large portion of salads, and for this, in my weekly shopping they are at the top of my list.
My biggest recommendation is to eat more natural foods, rich in vitamins and full of color, because our body is very grateful for it.
I leave you some pictures so you can enjoy this great color and, when you go to the supermarket, go straight to buy more of these foods.
