We are already in the middle of November and the Christmas spirit rejoices to continue creating and sharing beautiful projects. I love this season because of the colors and joy that invade every space.
Yesterday I took advantage of my shopping trip to look for yarns in Christmas colors, a pending that I had in mind for days, because I didn't have enough material to knit more Christmas things. I bought the classics: white, red and green; and when I got home, I couldn't resist and started knitting.

Ya estamos a mediados de noviembre y el esp铆ritu navide帽o se regocija para seguir creando y compartiendo hermosos proyectos. Me encanta esta 茅poca por los colores y la alegr铆a que invaden todos los espacios.
Ayer aprovech茅 mi salida de compras para buscar las lanas en colores navide帽os, un pendiente que ten铆a en mente desde hace d铆as, pues no ten铆a suficiente material para tejer m谩s cositas navide帽as. Compr茅 los cl谩sicos: blanco, rojo y verde; y al llegar a casa, no me resist铆 y comenc茅 a tejer.
I knitted this Christmas mat that I think has multiple uses, since it can serve, by itself, as a decorative element on a small table. It occurs to me that we can also use it as a coaster in the kitchen, or as a place to put a vase or a small plant. What other uses do you think we can give to this beautiful fabric?
This project knits up quickly, and although you have to make several color changes, the stitches are very easy.
Last night I knitted one mat, but I want to knit several with the intention of giving them to my friends at the foundation for Christmas. I took some pictures of it to use it as a pot holder in my kitchen.
Today, in the morning I knitted one more round with red to finish it with a more colorful border and I loved it. With this design, I took some pictures of it as a folder for one of my plants and I really like the way it looks. What do you think?

Tej铆 este tapete navide帽o que considero tiene m煤ltiples usos, pues puede servir, por s铆 solo, como elemento decorativo en una mesita. Se me ocurre que, tambi茅n, lo podemos usar como portacalientes en la cocina o como carpetica para poner un florero o una plantita. 驴Qu茅 otros usos creen ustedes que podemos darle a este lindo tejido?
Este proyecto se teje r谩pido, y aunque hay que hacer varios cambios de color, los puntos son muy f谩ciles.
Anoche tej铆 un tapete, pero quiero tejer varios con la intenci贸n de obsequi谩rselos a mis amigas de la fundaci贸n en Navidad. Le tom茅 unas fotos para usarlo como portacalientes en mi cocina.
Hoy, en la ma帽ana le tej铆 una vuelta m谩s con rojo para terminarlo con un borde m谩s colorido y me encant贸. Con este dise帽o, le tom茅 unas fotos como carpeta para una de mis plantas y me gusta mucho c贸mo se ve. 驴Qu茅 les parece?
