Not surprisingly, the American left is melting down over this, thinking that Boris Johnson just overthrew Parliament. Even though the suspension of Parliament isn't unheard of, the American left thinks that the suspension with be permanent. Especially since they have these fantasies of anyone who is even slightly politically on the 'right' becoming the tyrant that they think of them to be. American progressives are lunatics.
