[#26 vlog in dtube] Resources credit distribution is not helping the minnows to grow.Authority should pay attention to that problem.We want scope for minnows.

Hello guyz.Good morning
Today i tried to disscuss the issues the minnows have been facing since the upgrade of the blockchain.

I dont think Rc distribution is helping the newbies.It limits their growth to a certain extent.
They can not interact with the community as before.So its not a good sign for the blockchain.
Ultimately they will give up because its so difficult for them right now.
