Surround yourself with people who remember you and show up in some way. The day before yesterday, a friend sent me a little gift, just because of affection, nothing more. She gave me a notebook to jot down my pending tasks. And I really, really needed it.
Even though I love organization and productivity apps, I secretly dream of using pen and paper so I don’t strain my eyes even more. I already work all day using tech devices. So every now and then, writing by hand ✏️ makes a big difference. Plus, it's very relaxing. I've already written down a few things ☺️

Aunque amo las aplicaciones de organización y productiva, yo sueño usar el papel y lápiz para no sobrecargar más la vista. De por sí trabajo con el uso de dispositivos tecnológicos. Así que de vez en cuando suma mucho escribir ✏️ a mano. Además es muy relajante. Ya he apuntado algunas cosas ☺️
