Para nadie es un secreto que aprender alo nuevo demanda mucho tiempo de nosostros mismos, las habilidades de aprendizaje var铆an seg煤n la persona. Sin embargo, hay un detonante clave que le agrega a todo el ambiente educativo de Web 3.0 un toque de dificultad: estamos aprendiendo a nuestro propio ritmo. Se ha descentralizado la educaci贸n de una forma tan grande que quienes apenas descubren la informaci贸n est谩n en un nivel diferente a comparaci贸n de quien lleva meses o incluso a帽os. Y muchos perfiles m谩s.
El meme que comparto abajo es meramente humor pero si quieres que no lo sea. Lo saco a colaci贸n porque luego de los eventos, sobretodo en los momentos de networking escucho a m谩s de una persona diciendo "hablemos de otra cosa" porque es f谩cil quemarse con el mismo discurso. Hay que tener la habilidad de ser muy pacientes, comprensivos y tolerantes con quienes apenas descubren el t茅rmino. Yo todav铆a estoy en la fase en la que puedo hablar y hablar por horas del tema porque me siento como nueva entendiendo la terminolog铆a. Pero s铆 es cierto que llegu茅 a un punto de identificar que no todo me llama la atenci贸n, ya s茅 qu茅 es un Poap, un NFT, una wallet, s茅 qu茅 es blockhain entonces cuando eventos en los que se repite la informaci贸n es inevitable pensar "esta clase ya la vi", aunque bueno el profesor va cambiando.
Mantener el atractivo de la Web 3.0 es muy f谩cil y al mismo tiempo creo que todos los esfuerzos a nivel de marketing se centran en "onboarding". Y cuando la gente dice "ya pues, entrar茅, crear茅 mi cuenta", llega el vac铆o. Pues muchos se pierden, porque no saben c贸mo desarrollar o desplegar proyectos en blockchains o simplemente ser usuarios. Por eso me parece super importante que cada blockchain o proyecto grande pueda apostar por sus builder y en la preparaci贸n de ellos para contener estas situaciones. Igual pienso que ese es el futuro, pues el recurso humano siempre es necesario para educar sobre aspectos tecnol贸gicos y asegurar que los objetivos del proyecto se cumplan. 驴C贸mo lo imagino? Que los devs puedan educar o apoyar la adopci贸n de m谩s devs, que los de marketing igual, que los que se especializan en Defi, gaming o NFT, y por supuesto los que tienen amplios conocimientos de cada 谩rea, llam茅mosles integrales.

I bring it up because after events, especially in networking moments I hear more than one person saying "let's talk about something else" because it's easy to get burned with the same speech. You have to have the ability to be very patient, understanding and tolerant with those who are just discovering the term. That's why I think it's very important that every blockchain or big project can postulate for its builders and their preparation to contain these situations. I also think that this is the future, because human resources are always necessary to educate about technological aspects and ensure that the project objectives are met. How do I imagine it?
