with no DHF there is no development though so the chain stagnates. Having said that there are a lot of projects that get developed with not marketing plan so they just add to inflation without bringing in new people. Marketing has always been the issue. We should spend 25% of the DHF budget on professional marketers who now how to create a proper campaign.
