Walking through a local street market earlier this month, I came across these very colourful Guatemalan blankets in one particular stall.
They did look very cosy and warm.
Only problem is the temperature on the day was well in the 30s (that's degrees celcius).
And being in a sub-tropical climate, it's rare to get a cold day ... even in the middle of winter.
I don't think the poor stallholder sold out of blankets that day.
They did, however, make for a very colourful subject for this week's #colourfulphotography contest by
