Silent Retreat
Last week, Calum, Kerstin and I enjoyed a 3 day silent retreat at my home, Atmanna in Bulgaria.
The first two days we followed Oshava no.7 diet then juice fasted on third day when we also went to hot spring baths in Kyustendil nearby for sauna and soak.

Yesterday we began a three day grape juice fast along with Tyra who has just joined us.
