As top down organisations create corrupt leaders, it is critical to find the best DAO as i don't see an organisation with a CEO being any better than the current criminal governments and companies.

With a governance model of a bottom up organisation, there would have to be a super concentrated consensus of all the members of the organisation to make major decisions (such as chopping off someones head).
