This plant looks very much like a plant which grows wild and abundantly in my garden beds & pots. It sprouts in the spring, or before even and covers my beds if I let it, which I do somewhat. I know it as pigweed, and I puut it in my smoothies salads and cooked meals sometimes. I recall it is high in omega3 oils and is god for health.
