If you delegate them a small amount they will upvote any post or comment which has not reached the 2 cent minimum payout, so for instance on your comment above i voted with a little less than 1 cent, so you would not receive any of this if noone else votes, but will receive at least 2 cents worth of HP/HBD if you delegate to dustbunny
