Mixing Concrete for Barn Restoration

Without any work-exchanger's for last few days here at #Atmanna in #Bulgaria, i've been doing a lot for a change.

eg. Watering garden, weeding, trellising, feeding stray dog ( which i rarely do), and this morning also very rarely but now out of necessity to help Dave @mountainhigh, i was labouring, mixing concrete for 3.75 hours starting at 7am to avoid heat of the sun. i managed to get an hours meditation and yoga in before starting too :-)

And today we started at 7am. Guess i'm gonna get fit!
