Namaste

Usually i buy some spinach each week, some goes in my morning smoothie, and some in a cooked meal (added at the last minute).

i don't know why i've been doing that when there's an abundance free food (eg. stinging nettles) in the #garden:

So today i picked some nettles, and some arugala and one small beet leaf which had broken off.

There is also lots of wild mint in the garden:

Today's breakfast smoothie ingredients, Melon (just some of what you see), apple, pear, kiwi, nettle, arugala, almonds (pre-soaked) and bananas:

i also added some turmeric, black pepper, ginger and raw cacao powder. Result:

One for now, rest in the fridge for later, maybe one left over for the morning.

And let thy food be grown with natural fertilisers as opposed to toxic chemical fertilisers which lead to physical and mental disease.

A Green Smoothie per day keeps the Doctor away!

Time for me to whip up a bucket of #stingingnettle fertiliser to alternate with the #urinefertiliser i've been using.

Leaving you with a pic of #organic tomatoes growing in the greenhouse:
