A busy day
Today was quite a long day, starting with the fact that I had no electricity all night and had to get up early to go to the hospital. At the hospital I had 2 consultations and they prescribed me some tests and medications, luckily that didn't take too long and I was able to go to the Lago Mall to see the stores and activate my bank card. This new card will allow me to use my money easily, even if I don't have internet, so it's an important tool.
After this walk I was able to stop by a hardware store to buy a 1.5 inch pipe to build the new calisthenics bars in our park, that's right, we raised enough money to buy the material, but we still need money to pay for the labor of the blacksmith who will make the structure, that's why I started a power down on my account recently.
Finally I ended the day training back and doing a little core exercises on the bar, this week is a week of discharge so the intensity of my training is reduced until the following week.

Un d铆a ocupado
Hoy fue un d铆a bastante largo, empezando por el hecho de que no tuve electricidad durante toda la noche y tuve que levantarme temprano para ir al hospital. En el hospital tuve 2 consultas y me recetaron algunos ex谩menes y medicamentos, por suerte eso no demor贸 demasiado y pude ir al centro comercial Lago Mall para ver las tiendas y activar mi tarjeta del banco. Esta nueva tarjeta me permitir谩 usar mi dinero de manera sencilla, incluso aunque no tenga internet, por lo que es una herramienta importante.
Luego de este paseo pude pasar por una ferreter铆a para comprar un tubo de 1,5 pulgadas para construir las nuevas barras de calistenia de nuestro parque, as铆 es, reunimos suficiente dinero como para comprar el material, pero a煤n necesitamos dinero para pagar la mano de obra del herrero que har谩 la estructura, por eso empec茅 un power down en mi cuenta hace poco.
Por 煤ltimo culmin茅 el d铆a entrenando espalda y haciendo un poco de abdominales en barra, esta semana es de descarga as铆 que la intensidad de mi entrenamiento est谩 reducida hasta la siguiente semana.
