A pixel art animation of Traffic Lights. I have seen a lot of traffic lights in my whole life and they have different set or design. It is usually place in an intersection or T junction. Others have timers to inform the drivers when to slow down and stop. But others are just pure lights like this one in the animation. It just flash once when it will turn to amber color. There are also other options that has directional arrow for drivers turning left.
They guide the flow of traffic which is good. But sometimes I get upset with it when the timer is so long haha. Do you also agree with this? Which do you prefer a traffic flow being guided by a traffic lights or a person like the traffic enforcer?

Creating the glow effect for the animation part. I made the glowing effect per color to animate it.
