It's just a bit annoying if you look away while in a conversation when you click on the Pokémon and didn't see the sparkles xD Happened to me recently with Venipede. I was like "why does the colour seem off" and took me a moment to realise it was a Shiny xD
Yeah it is! They seem to be appearing more in the wild now, so good luck on finding a Shiny!
