Yeah 😅 Well they do for a STAB Charged attack as Zacian can learn Play Rough and Zamazenta can learn Close Combat. Just not a STAB Fast attack unfortunately. It seems like they might currently be better suited for PvP rather than PvE. It's kinda weird indeed, although it seems to regularly happen to legendaries. Hopefully they get some STAB Fast attack in the future!
