Yes, I was having a hard time replying to your comment and it was kind of you to share more of your perspective so thank you for that 😊

• My main issue with replying to your comment was addressing your belief that children can actually be evil.

I tend to believe that all children, and even adults, are inherently good but that attachment to results, greed, avoiding certain results, hate, ignorance and delusion lead to suffering.

The children (in your case) and adults who are experiencing any of those things are seen as evil by some (i.e. You), but if I am thinking clearly and objectively, I wouldn't call anyone evil. Maybe mentally sick, ignorant, immature, delusional, etc. but not evil.

We are evil children if we wouldn't recognize the sacrifice of our parents when we are little children.

I think little children are not capable of recognizing the sacrifices their parents made and make for them, and the younger they are, the less capable they are at perceiving the sacrifices of their parents.

A 1 year old for example wouldn't be able to say thank you and probably wouldn't even understand what "Thank You" means (even if a 1 year old could, this statement would still be true if you decreased the age of the child i.e.4 months old instead).

We are evil children if after all that our parents have done for us to live we are not grateful for what they have done for both of us.

I actually think that the responsibility of children rests more on the parents than the children themselves.

Two things influence whether or not a child is grateful the most:

1. Genes.
2. Environment (the way the parents raise them)

And both things more or less comes from the parents.

P.S. We can have good discussions here @hiroyamagishi so don't feel like you have to debate hard with me. I am always willing to change my mind if I start to agree with you and if you ever start to agree with me on anything in particular, there is nothing wrong with that and visa-versa.
