Hiii everyone~ ^^
Here’s my drawing for the Splinterlands Art Contest. This time I decided to draw “Larissa Kerato”.
The first thing I noticed in the card was the magic reflection on her hair so I decided to give her a long hair and make the highlights noticeable.
For her pose, I thought she holding her face with her hands would look much better. As you can see in the sketch, I had some struggles drawing the horns. I had to redraw them several times because I wasn’t happy with their shape.
For drawing her hair first I drew the dark parts of the hair and then colored the rest with pink and purple. Then used a paper cutter to make the strand stand out a bit more.
Hope you like it~ ^^
Used a white pen for highlights on the horns and her lips and used a paper cutter for the highlights in her hair.

Prismacolor and Faber-Castell colored pencils on Steinbach paper
