This is the way I keep all my smaller EDC items nowadays.
The advantages of this system are:

1. Relatively compact and lightweight plus easily portable and capacious.
2. All the items are stored safely and securely even if the case is dropped.
3. Has a large durable handle.
   Disadvantages:
4. Had to cut a piece of foam for the upper side of the case (check out the link above to see how these come from the factory).
   For now I'm pretty satisfied with the looks and the functionality of this EDC case.
