1.learn to be quite when you are angry because at this time it will help you from saying things you are not supposed to say and will also help the situation at hand absolutely easy to be settled. While you are quite the person you are having issues with can decide to let you be since you are not ready to exchange words with her if u can't keep quiet u can put some water in your mouth hold it till the person is done talking then apologise because the word sorry heals allot of wounds.
2.listening to music this is also a beautiful way to calm yourself down when ever anger,always play your favourite music hold on the song till you feel better in the process of listening the song always try to know the lyrics to help you follow the song up to get better fast.
