Zuppa Soup For Breakfast

Hi foodies..
Today, my husband asked me to cook some food
He loved the zuppa soup
Zuppa soup is a meal that is often encountered when wedding events in Indonesia, which indicates that the event has had a good economic
Zuppa soup is a thick soup that is coated with a puff pastry on top
Because zuppa soup is rarely found in the market or in the foodcourt, then I try to make it today

ingredients:
Garlic puree
Puff Pastry
100g Chicken Breast
1pcs Corn
1pcs Leek
100gr Champignon Mushroom
1tsp Chicken Stock
5ml Olive Oil
1 pinch Oregano
1tsp Salt
200ml Water
10gr Cornstarch
1Pinch Black Pepper

How to cook Zuppa Soup:

• Put olive oil for sauteing garlic that has been crushed
• Put the chopped Champignon Mushrooms, Corn and Chicken Breast are diced
• Enter the water and wait for it to mature
• After that dissolve cornstarch with a little water, pour into soup so thick
• Pour soup in heat-resistant bowl, pinch black pepper and oregano over the surface of the soup bowl and cover with puff pastry
• Heat into the oven with 150degree temperature for 5minutes
  Zuppa soup ready to serve
