Relaxing is a time that is hard to find. With all the work and busyness every day, sometimes there is no time to relax and enjoy the time. Busyness teaches us how important free time to be lazy is. In fact, relaxing time is important to do even if it is only once a week.

For me, relaxing is the right time to imagine. No, even just sitting and contemplating, that's enough. My busyness as a wife and also a gym enthusiast lately, made me realize that sometimes I need time to just be quiet while daydreaming and imagining.

Tired, even very tired, you know, even though I exercise almost every day, go to the gym and spend time in the morning while chasing time for work, sometimes it feels less. 24 hours is a time in a day that I think is very short.

So, I forced myself to take a rest, a total rest in one day without doing anything. But, it can't be. I even think about it and get used to it. I'm bored and need something fresh, hoping I can spend my relaxing time to enjoy this moment better.

Thought of making something. There is one thing I want to do, like relaxing while drinking wine. Wine is something I want to do but can't, considering my religion teaches me not to drink alcoholic beverages. So, I really want to make something similar in color.

Wine But Not Wine

I call this drink wine, but not wine. It's just that the color seems similar. This happens because my mind is a little long, combining red and purple, it will definitely be a very clear maroon color.

Of course, using some natural ingredients from nature. Realfood, everything becomes something useful, I call this part of 'Amazing Drink'. Really, beyond expectations, the color is very stunning.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ dragon fruit
  • 1 tsp dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 2 stalks of lemongrass
  • Granulated sugar
  • 400 ml of water

HOW TO MAKE WINE, BUT NOT WINE:

From the ingredients that we will use, they are very easy to get. especially in tropical areas. I only use a few leftover ingredients from the refrigerator which makes me very happy because I don't have to have a hard time getting them.

  • The first thing first, I cut the lemongrass that I have and put it in a place to boil water. Then, the clean water is put into a pan, boiled together with the dried butterfly pea flowers.

  • Boiled together with sugar too, so that there is a sweet taste. I use granulated sugar, because if you use palm sugar it will change the color to be darker. Boil until the water turns purple.

  • While waiting for the boiled water to cool down, I crush the dragon fruit in the glass that I have. I only have 1 piece of this aesthetic glass, it is quite beautiful in presentation. I give 2 stalks of lemongrass from the boiled water.

  • Put ice cubes into a glass, then pour 1 shot of boiled telang leaf water into the fruit glass. It's simple, it changes color to a wine-like color.

So, I thought of changing the name of this drink. like the union of 2 main ingredients, dragon fruit and butterfly pea flower. Does it fit the name, Dragon Fly?

See you the next time hive friends!
