I Need Matcha For My Mad

Recently, the air pollution has been quite bad around our house, there is a neighbor who doesn't understand the bad smoke he causes by burning rubbish behind the house. The wind blows towards our house and it causes every morning we breathe in the smoke it causes and it makes me a little annoyed. Why not, he's been doing it over and over for almost a week.
Maybe in some country, the rules for burning rubbish have become legal and will have a detrimental impact on the perpetrators of the arson, but this is different from this country which is completely unaware of the perpetrator of burning rubbish or whatever. Harming other people and the environment like this really make me angry, I don't even know who to report this case to, because there is a lack of legal authority and if I report it, might be consider a less serious case and a waste of my time and money.
It seem like what I have to do is eat food that is good for the body, especially consume food with high in antioxidant. This body detoxified toxin due to exposure to pollution. Such as frequently consume the vegetable, fruit and tea which are high in antioxidant. Luckily, every day I always include the right coffee, tea, vegetables and fruit.
Especially tea, it's a good for you guys, lucky if you like tea and that is the main thing. Tea is a drink that is high in antioxidant, like green tea or matcha, it taste delicious and have many benefits. As a matcha lover, this is the reason why I like to invite my husband to discover matcha in this small town.
MTCH BAR
There are still very few shops that sell matcha tea, maybe only a few specialist shops sell complete matcha tea, especially matcha tea that has the best quality. Yesterday I told you about matcha café; Nendo Matcha Café. Its so peacefull place and I recommend for you matcha lovers to enjoy matcha tea there, complete with several side dishes and cakes made from matcha. There I learned a lot about matcha tea, and this is my second time learning about matcha and I like it.
MTCH Bar, similar to Nendo Matcha, but this cafe looks wider and crowded with lots of people. This café is one of the biggest in the city of Medan because it is right in the middle of the city. This café is also similar to Nendo Matcha with a full white concept which is very zen and peaceful.
With the slogan 'Tea Connect People', you can connect with lots of people because this place is really an 'open place', I even think you can make friends here. So many people come alone and enjoy matcha beverages and desserts which are definitely appetizing.
Open Place with lots of sunlight blocked by UV-resistant glass, almost the entire room does not use lights, only a few such as glass backdrops in the sink and toilet. The whole room is very fragrant with a distinctive tea which is very soothing to the soul.
There are also several small trees that have been substituted to add a natural impression which has proven to add to the beauty of this café. There are several chair and table that are connect even they don't seem very 'comfortable' because they are only made of wood and iron without any sofa cushion. But I thought this place was just a café, not a hotel where you could sit there for a long time.
I really like the unique barista bar table spot, like a large stone and very dark color. I love this table because it's rarely thought about, which is why the natural feel at Matcha Bar is so pronounced. There are several unique interesting details here, such as the words 'Tea Connect People', a large banner with a photo of a matcha tea garden and several clean mirrors with the sign 'MTCH Bar'.
The toilet is also very peaceful with a green backdrop and lights that seem to make us stay in the toilet for a long time, with a comfortable fragrance and several paintings of cherry trees measuring 10x20cm. The toilets are also very clean and well maintained.
The bad news is that the 2nd floor at MTCH Bar cannot be used yet because it is under renovation which will be able to accommodate many customers. But, even though it is under renovation, it still doesn't affect the experience of enjoying matcha tea here. Without dust and dirt that can disturb you. So, you can visit MTCH Bar when you are craving something MTCH Bar.
