This weekend was really fun for me. Seduce my husband to have coffee at a cafe close to our house, finally after all this time not enjoy the pleasure of going out with my husband on a Saturday night, this day finally came.
It's been almost a week that we've been busy enjoying work, because there's so much work that makes us tired and we don't enjoy time together, we really miss it even though we're just enjoying a cup of coffee together. Because this cafe is also not far away, so my husband and I immediately rushed to Hilande Coffee.
This is a new cafe near our house, in a very busy business center. There is one café that captivated my heart when I found out about this type of café. If in the city of Medan it is famous for its 'Meranti' roll cake, this is one of the cafes that was deliberately made for connoisseurs of 'meranti roll cake'. Maybe this is an expansion of the brand's efforts to keep its customers loyal, especially those who want to enjoy meranti rolls with just one slice.
This cafe is only separated by a glass door that you can pass if you are from a Meranti merchant. You will find croissant heaven here, there are many types of croissants of various flavors, sweet and savory. Not only that, there are many types of slice cake, main menu, tea and coffee. like most existing cafes, complete with a variety of food you want.
However, I am very interested in one thing here, namely the interesting design and architecture of Hilande Coffee. They present a very attractive coffee shop visually for you to enjoy with food and beverages. An interesting impression when you know that this coffee shop is a shop with 3 levels, facing a very busy highway, but when you are in this coffee shop, you feel a different ambiance, cool and comfortable.
Carrying the American Style House, with full white color from the entrance to the interior of the room, even with all white tables and chairs. Feel comfortable like in the clouds, especially for those of you who really like beauty and cleanliness. With lots of interesting details that are simple but really change the vibes and decor of the coffee shop.
Like the details below, there are many displays from small to large, ranging from glass with plated gold and also very detailed embossed paintings. The luxurious white impression exudes the aura of this coffee shop. Even I don't think this is a coffee shop, but a luxury house for artists. With the dominance of clean, dust-free clear glass, I can clearly see the outdoor conditions from where I sit.
I also explored several rooms, starting from special rooms for events or small parties or meetings and also outdoor areas that can be enjoyed by smokers who don't want to be in an air-conditioned room. You can choose whatever you like, because it's free of charge to choose a table and chairs. I chose to be beside the glass because I wanted to enjoy this afternoon.
Look at this meeting room, so perfect and so beautiful. Anyone who chooses this room will definitely agree with me, that this is the definition of the most comfortable and private place for anyone who wants to enjoy dining with office friends, meetings or parties. Interesting details on the luxurious tables and chairs, very luxurious. There are also embossed paintings that are no less interesting in blue, white and a touch of gold. If you look closely, you will see very luxurious golden glitter details. Surely they bought this painting at a fantastic price. Although this is not a painting by a famous maestro.
This semi-circular little staircase is also very interesting. With cement details and white paint, this is made so that the stairs don't dominate the room, so it doesn't disturb the minimization of space. The first floor is devoted to the barista table, cake and croissant displays, and there are small tables and chairs for those who want to take away.
So, not only does it have an attractive design, this coffee shop also has cakes and croissants at low prices. Only 1 dollar for a croissant which tastes really good. I ordered pain au chocolate, matcha almond Danish and a glass of americano. Enough to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings today.
