His sympathy and empathy made him her victim
Locked down in her web but no one to save him
Everytime he ponders on how to be free from this agony
Every effort he made leads him to more jeopardy
Several resolutions comes to mind but fear of the reaction grips him
He cannot confide in others for fear of jest they may have on him
Escapades of others led him into it
But he alone is hooked down in it
He wanted to eat and dump
But this is hard to dump
Today he wants to quit
But sometimes wants to wait
