Hi everyone, once again the character that I went to redesign is a collaboration between Fortnite and Marvel, the character in question is Ghost Rider, a biker, with a skull on fire, with chains and studs, great.
Also for this drawing I used the promotional images of the Fortnite skin as a reference. This work was done entirely in vector with Illustrator, while the animation was done with Photoshop.
The first step was to make the whole design and choose the various colors. In this design it was very important (especially on the peele jacket) to add some illuminated areas in the right places, this step was fundamental to give thickness to the design. Same thing was done on the studs and on the belt.

In these images you can see in more detail the illuminated areas and their importance, in fact it is thanks to these different colored areas that the design takes shape.

Finally, I also wanted to do a little animation in this case. During the processing I encountered some small problems, but I solved them, in fact initially I could not export the animation correctly. Fixed the problem I decided to make the chains in the background and the flames move. I like the result and also in this case I liked the creative process.

I worked hard in the realization of this work, it was not easy, but I like the result and it was worth it.

Ciao a tutti, anche questa volta il personaggio che sono andato a ridisegnare è una collaborazione tra Fortnite e Marvel, il personaggio in questione è Ghost Rider, un motociclista, con un teschio in fiamme, con catene e borchie, ottimo.
Anche per questo disegno ho utilizzato come referenza le immagini promozionali della skin di Fortnite. Questo lavoro è stato interamente realizzato in vettoriale con Illustrator, mentre l'animazione è stata fatta con Photoshop.
Il primo passaggio è stato realizzare tutto il disegno e scegliere i vari colori. In questo disegno è stato molto importante (in modo particolare sulla giacca di peele) aggiungere nei punti giusti, delle zone illuminate, questo passaggio è stato fondamentale per dare spessore al disegno. Stessa cosa è stata fatta sulle borchie e sulla cintura.

In queste immagini potete vedere più nel dettaglio le zone illuminate e la loro importanza, infatti è proprio grazia a queste zone di colore differente che il disegno prende forma.

Come ultima cosa ho voluto, anche in questo caso, realizzare una piccola animazione. Durante la lavorazione ho incontrato qualche piccolo problema, ma ho risolto, infatti inizialmente non riuscivo ad esportare l'animazione in maniera corretta. Risolto il problema ho deciso di far muovere le catene sullo sfondo e le fiamme. Il risultato mi piace e anche in questo caso mi sono divertito durante il processo creativo.

Nella realizzazione di questo lavoro mi sono impegnato molto, non è stato semplice, ma il risultato mi piace e ne è valsa la pena.
