E' arrivato il caldo feroce, quello che in fondo ci si aspettava anche se, sopratutto al sud, e' un bel casino con gli incendi.
Fortunatamente la palestra era un vecchio garage, un po' sotto ma con una grande apertura verso l'esterno, fa caldo ma ci si riesce ad allenare, Rivoli ha piu' o meno la temperatura di Torino.
Dove vivo invece e' decisamente piu' fresco, siamo a 900 metri, il bello di questi periodi e' che si gira quasi sempre in scooter.
Continua, anche in questa estate la tragedia infinita delle morti sul lavoro, gli imprenditori dovrebbero investire in sicurezza ma visto che si tratta di un costo, spesso se ne dimenticano e poi succedono
le tragedie, ancora ho in mente la Thyssen a Torino qualche anno fa (nella foto i caduti) coi responsabili rimasti impunti se non ricordo male.
Non buone notizie da Cuba, un paio di persone a me care sono a casa col Covid a Las Tunas, situazione stabile, niente problemi respiratori ma febbre e debolezza varia, speriamo che tutto si risolva nel breve, ieri ho chiamato per cercare di saperne di piu'.
Continuano le vaccinazioni ma dovrebbero accellerare visto che sono partiti dopo per terminare di sintetizzare il loro vaccino, non
potevano comprarne di altri per la situazione economica del paese ed il bloqueo.
Le spiagge sono piene me lo confermano molti amici che sono in giro per l'Italia ma malgrado questo in palestra durante questo agosto c'e' parecchia gente che, e' rimasta a casa.
Alcuni andranno in vacanza verso fine mese ma molti non hanno proprio potuto muoversi sia per la situazione lavorativa che,
sopratutto, per quella economica.
Passero' questi 2 giorni in assoluta tranquillita', una corsetta oggi ed una camminata sui monti domani, cosa c'e' di meglio in questa estate cosi' particolare?
Inizia il calcio vero con la partenza di tutti i campionati maggiori econ la nostra Coppa Italia.
Il Toro gioca con la Cremonese mentre in Premier il mio Aston Villa esordisce in trasferta col Watford.

Gli animali hanno la meravigliosa dote di curare le ferite dell'anima, sanno riempire vuoti che spesso, troppo spesso, gli umani ci lasciano nel cuore.

The ferocious heat has arrived, what basically was expected even if, especially in the south, it is a nice mess with fires.

The beaches are full I am confirmed by many friends who are around Italy but despite this in the gym during this August there are many people who stayed at home.
Some will go on vacation towards the end of the month but many have not been able to move both due to the work situation and,
above all, for the economic one.
I will spend these 2 days in absolute tranquility, a jog today and a walk in the mountains tomorrow, what could be better in this particular summer?
Real football begins with the departure of all the major leagues and with our Coppa Italia.
Toro plays with Cremonese while my Aston Villa makes his debut away game with Watford in the Premier League.
