This is a rotating flowers pop up card. I made the necessary flowers and leaves two days ago. I decorated the inside of the card with purple flowers on the rotating circles and made a space for messages. Instead of using paper flowers on the front of the card, I painted flowers and a bow to decorate it. The card is made only with colored paper and the other materials I needed were markers, glue, scissors, pencil and a ruler. You can see with pictures and also write with texts on how to make it step by step.
The first thing I made was the flowers. I drew flower shapes on white paper with purple. I added dark purple in the middle of the flowers. The last step was to draw yellow dots. I cut out the flowers as shown. I made the flowers with different sizes.
The leaves are made in the same way as the flowers. I drew leaf shapes with light green color and added yellow on them.
In this step, cut the blue paper with 16cm, 19cm and cut the yellow paper with 15cm, 18cm. Glued the two piece of paper together and folded it in half.
Cut white paper with 9cm and 10cm. Measured and divided the 9cm length into 3cm pieces. Measured and drew lines along the 10cm length as shown. Removed any unnecessary parts and folded the lines. Folded the two opposite edges of that paper to the middle and glued them together.
Need to make three circles. Drew the largest circle with a radius of 5.5cm. Inside that circle, drew another circle with a radius of 3cm and cut it out. Drew the other two circles with a radius of 4cm and 3cm.
Placed and glued the white paper in the middle of the card first.
Added the largest circle on the first piece of white paper. Folded the remaining edge of the first piece of white paper and glued it. Glued one side of the circle and glued a circle with a radius of 3cm on the other side. Placed a circle with a radius of 4cm on top.
Glued flowers and leaves on these circles.
Cut a square of paper and painted the four edges with pink color. Drew a wavy pattern on the four edges.
Also made a paper bow. Drew a bow on the paper and painted it. Decorated it on the top of the paper as shown. Glued the leaves and flowers to the bottom.
Painted the four edges of the outer surface of the card as shown. Drew and painted the flowers and a bow as shown. Painted the flowers with purple color. Painted the bow with pink color. Drew around their edges with black color.
The card has a slightly unique shape and it's beautiful I think. I'll keep making more beautiful things. Thank you so much for your reading my post to the end.
