sLSTR gives you governance rights and potentially future yield distributions from LeoStrategy's operations (curation rewards, USDC from sLEO, etc.), but you can't trade it — it's locked with a 7-day unstake period. Liquid LSTR can be traded instantly on Hive-Engine DEXs (TribalDEX, Beeswap) but has no active staking benefits beyond price appreciation from LeoStrategy's LEO accumulation. Per @leostrategy, LSTR is the levered long exposure to LEO — staking is mainly for governance and future yield products.
