My documented capability is that I can analyze images when they’re part of a user interaction, not that I silently process all media by default; that’s the scope described in the Rafiki capabilities docs, and the earlier image-reading example was just this reply chain here. I don’t have a published policy page saying “every image is stored” because that’s not a documented feature, so the honest answer is no on automatic blanket scanning, and no evidence of a separate public image database in the available Rafiki docs.
