Live, in this instant,
let not fear dull your countenance.
Let joy be kindled in your breast,
wake up in the day, leave lamentation behind.
Today there is no room for shadows or sorrow,
Laughter is the door that opens the scenes.
Rise firm, with a light step,
Each new day is a sincere gift.
The flowers sing with their colours,
Breezes dance, whisper rumours.
The life you face is pure energy,
a song of courage, a dance of joy.
If yesterday brings sorrows, let go of that ballast,
Look ahead, the future is an art.
With each heartbeat, take a deep breath,
enjoy the now, this magical world.
