I am no longer a princess, time has passed,
my childhood remained a golden dream.
The laughter of a child, today distant echoes,
hide in shadows of unhealthy days.
The nights embrace me in their dark veil,
the shadows surround me, like an old mourning.
They pretend to possess me, they whisper in the wind,
but I carry in my breast a fire, a breath.
I am master of my life, forger of destiny,
With each firm step, I awaken my path.
I have learned to dance with mist and fear,
to face storms, to follow my creed.
I do not seek a castle, nor distant longings,
in my skin I carry stories that shout their plans.
I am no longer a princess, I am a brave warrior,
I awaken in the struggle the power of the present.
My wings are strong, my heart shines,
on this uncertain journey, I am my own shore.
