Will Leninism Inevitably Overthrow Liberalism? And What Comes After? (re: Biological Leninism)

The argument put forth in the article titled 'Biological Leninism', is that the lack of a coherent and unified ruling class under Liberalism is what allows for Leninism (single-party communist rule) to take over.
