Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo unas fotos haciendo full planche, bien mis queridos amigos, ya desde hace un tiempo que ve lo entrenando para poder realizar la full planche, y aún que todavía falta mucho para tener una excelente forma de cómo la deseo pues vamos ño buen camino, junto a mis compañeros de entrenamiento no tomamos algunas fotos de nuestras full planche para ir viendo el progreso más adelante, es bastante satisfactorio poder empezar a lanzar más seguido la full planche de lo que lo hacía antes, así que seguiré entrenando duro para mejorar y pulir aún más la técnica de la full y así ser cada día mejor.
Hello to all my dear friends from hive and swc, I hope you are feeling very well and are doing excellent in your activities, on this occasion I bring you some photos doing full planche, well my dear friends, for some time now I have been training to be able to do the full planche, and even though there is still a long way to go to have an excellent form as I want it, well we are on the right track, together with my training partners we do not take some photos of our full planche to see the progress later, it is quite satisfactory to be able to start throwing more often the full planche than I did before, so I will continue training hard to improve and polish the full planche technique even more and thus become better every day.
