That thing being - I moved in to my new studio office space.
It’s a nice set up for me, after 11 years of working from home.
I have loved working from home and still will, because it gave me the ultimate flexibility that my family and work needs. (And lets face it, working from home is practically ‘free’ and has saved me many many thousands pounds over the years - I’m a very economical Yorkshireman!)
But it was time to bite the bullet - so I freed up some space at home and am getting back on track.
I have A LOT of video equipment- so this is going to be a huge shift in the right direction for re-focussing our lives.
with loads of storage and furniture that we managed to blag for free from the office moving out next door.
I look forward to personalising the space properly with my office partner Jack (another videographer) and having some fun collaborations in the office along the way.
Also the great thing about this space is that it’s only a short bike ride along the canal away from home; so it gives me an excuse to cycle and get fitter. Win.
More updates will surely come from this new chapter of AshTV :)
