Sometimes we are overwhelmed by the joy of success, and sometimes we are broken by the weight of failure. But I think that being able to keep your smile in any situation in life is a very great quality. Because laughter is not just an expression on the face, it is a reflection of the strength within a person. Many times we have to face situations when it seems that everything is over. The pressure of people around us, the environment or reality weakens us mentally. If we can laugh at that time, then we can give our mind new courage. A sincere smile reduces our inner fear, frustration and fatigue to a great extent. I personally believe that laughter increases people's confidence. When we face a problem with a smile, the problem seems a little easier. Laughter gives us positive thoughts and inspires us to move forward. This positive attitude is very important to overcome the difficult paths of life. Another thing is that our laughter can become a light of hope not only for ourselves, but also for the people around us.
