Hello friends, a unique quality poses by the humans are their value towards one another. A person integrity depends on the values they follow to accept even in their worst or better parts of their life. If those values change depending on the situation you face, then that person's integrity loses its value. I have been observing people in free time whenever I get, I realise that some don't change their thoughts when they are in their worst situations. But as for some they change their words depending on the situation and they become so experienced in that manipulation of events that they can make it look like they don't change their values. On the contrary to their behaviour, their words coming from their mouth are as pleasent as they get.
Some people's innocence is other person's managing skills I think. There are peoples who don't want to harm or offend others with their thoughts or works, they simply don't think like that. There are not much left of them, but they are there. The persons who stand on their grounds even when they were let down by others, are the persons who we can trust with our lifes. But unfortunately any person nowadays doesn't believe in other person and they treat them like they don't believe them by covering it as they believe them, but they will be cautious. When we are surrounded with people who try to manipulate others, we feel the need to be cautious and in doing so who couldn't find the good people too. While observing things I do notice that the people who have values don't underestimate themselves and they do things in their own way. Some may act like they care, but in reality they couldn't care less. Some say they are doing as best as they possibly can, but they are not.
One day I get to meet a person who was being mean to all other deliberately. I approached him to talk with him to extrapolate why was he like that. After some time talking with him I realised that he was mean because he was been treated based on his caste , that's the reason he was mean to people who were mean to him. The unseen personal stories of others may tell why they are like that. Basically a good person can be turned into a bad one because of the other people's way of treating him. Even after we are free from the oppression of leading against our wills the caste discrimination is really a thing even nowadays too. The things we believe in does change depending on the situation we face only in order to survive in these current world. These is the fault of people who thinks they are doing the right thing, but in reality they are not. If our superior officer is mean with me then in turn I am mean to the people who are working under me doesn't make me a good person. Its my responsibility as a citizen to not take it out on others who are below me. Showing some respect wouldn't hurt on the people who are working hard to keep their families fed. Everyone is like that only.
A great quote I came to see was " we are not all in the same boat, but we are in the same storm. The only thing is some have yachts, some have canoes and some are drowing. Just be kind when you can and help others." These quote is really something as people say everyone has problems, but some have over their heads which they have to deal on daily basis. These are only my views and in no way they are meant to offend or insult anyother in anyway.
