The way things morph into new concepts, shift into other arenas and evolve into different dimensions going insanely quick in the cryptospace and definitely also on here, Proof Of Brain.
It's been a small month of me being part of the community and I see changes happening every day.
Heck, sometimes even within 24 hours whole projects can change.
And it's good.
Very good actually.
In order for POB to keep up with the community's growth, there needs to be a constant analysis of what is actually happening and based on the evidence, changes can be made to improve it.
Evolving is part of a healthy space. Not investing in this process leads to stagnation and let's be honest, stagnation leads to the slow death of a project. And that is something we'd like to prevent on POB don't you agree?
I see the members of our community who are involved and contributing positively, really take a proactive stance towards their own projects and the tribe. They analyse, suggest changes and implement them if necessary.
This process is an essential part of a healthy (online) environment.
However sometimes it can feel icky, sticky and a bit rough. Change can be difficult and uncomfortable but through open and clear communication this can be managed.
We as a community are going to encounter challenges along this POB path and it is up to us to keep analysing, adapting and evolving it for the benefit of everyone.
Let's keep communicating with each other and let's keep making this place the best version it can be!
