In summer day we cut the paddy which is 2nd term of crop in a year.We can say a farmer getting only two time salary in a year.Now a days farmers of Odisha upgrade by technology by some extent which make ease in farming.
Paddy has two part rice and the husk.Husk as a by- product used in various area such as brics,animals food etc.
Without manpower it is not possible to complete all the work in this sector.It is helpful to engaged some people in these day.
