Using some brushes and effects on something doesn't make it yours.

The real one	The one that you're saying is yours.

I only see that you made the B&W version of the real one with some brushes on it and I believe the brush thing is not even yours as it looks like you've used a tool to do that.

AND

it seems you forgot to erase the box line as well.

If you still stand on saying that it's your work and your design then...

If you can show me a proper video of how you drew this then I'll reward you well if I think it's valid.
