Sometimes a post can't be categorised as a quality one even after it has more than 400/500 words.
You're not even writing 200 words in your post and all you're doing is showing some monsters pictures from the website.
You may check contents of other participants who are getting bigger rewards then you might know why they're getting bigger ones.

And... about the language.
You're using pure Hindi, I hope which everyone doesn't understand and my translation doesn't work on that as well.
So if you keep writing posts in your language then you might curated if someone understands your language otherwise you might need to use English.
