Cooper head towards the marked location where Militia members are asking for assistance. Once inside the sewers as marked on the map, Cooper find a new Titan Tone. He Keep pushing into the control room, and defeat the guards, Titans, and drones there. BT ask to separate so that Cooper can open the Flow Regulation Gate. Exit and follow the marker into the control room to do so. Watch the full episode for the rest of the story.
