Quick note: BetDice launched their in-house Exchange. You can now trade EOS, BLACK and BT (whatever that is) for DICE Tokens. They claim it's run on smartcontracts and fully trustless, which is a move in the right direction in terms of EOS based DEXs in my opinion.
