Monster cards include some that do not have very impressive power or abilities. However, if you use that monster according to the battle ruleset it can become extremely dangerous.
Always remember to create a good combination with other cards before selecting a monster card. This allows even a low mana cost and seemingly weak card to perform very well because you have placed it in the right combination and the best position during the battle.
Today I will talk about Thanalorian Scion. It has excellent power and abilities but works best when used as part of the right combination.
First let's talk about its visual appearance. It is a female character with two large ears. She has long hair tied into two braids. She is dressed in battle armor and holds the power of water in her hands which she throws at enemies to damage them.
This monster card belongs to the Water element and has a mana cost of 5. It is a card that you can select in almost every battle. Whether it is a low, mid or high mana battle you can easily choose it while saving your mana for other monsters.
Its most important and strongest feature is its armor. Did you know that at its upgraded level it has 11 armor? This armor can absorb a huge amount of damage and protect its single point of health. If there are no magic attackers against it this monster can survive until the end of the battle.
However, if the enemy lineup includes magic attackers then this monster will struggle. It has only 1 health making it very vulnerable. That is why it is better to pair it with a healer who can keep restoring its health so it can survive against magic attacks as well.
Its speed is not very impressive. It has only 1 speed which makes its attacks slower. At the same time it can still cause enemy attacks to miss occasionally.
It is a magic attacker with 3 attack power. Every round it deals 3 magic damage to the enemy. The biggest advantage of magic attacks is that they bypass armor and hit health directly.
At Level 6 it gains three important abilities such as Corrosive Ward, Void Armor and True Strike.
These abilities allow it to create strong combinations with other monsters. Once you understand how these abilities work you can confidently select this monster in many different battle rulesets.
Corrosive Ward reduces the attacker's armor by 2 whenever this monster is hit by a melee attack... This means every melee attacker that strikes this monster gradually loses its armor...
This creates a great combination with your other monsters. While this monster keeps reducing enemy armor, your melee and ranged attackers can reach the enemys health much more easily and deal greater damage.
The second important ability is Void Armor. Normally, magic attacks ignore armor and deal damage directly to health. However because this monster has Void Armor, magic damage is applied to its armor first instead of its health.
This ability works very well with Corrosive Ward because it helps remove armor quickly. In many situations this monster can completely destroy an enemy unit's armor within a single round.
The third important ability is True Strike. This ability makes sure that this monster's attacks never miss. Since every attack lands successfully it keeps reducing enemy armor consistently through its other abilities.
These three abilities define the monster's unique role and strength. Its main purpose is to destroy enemy armor completely, just as fire turns wood into ashes.
Now let's talk about its price. The important section of this content, its price and renting...
At the basic level this card costs around $1 on the market. As you continue upgrading it, the price can reach around $8.50.
If a player cannot afford to buy the card they can simply rent it for around 13 to 15 DEC per day. After adding this card to their deck, they can take full advantage of its powerful abilities and strong battle performance.
