I have had this kind of experience many times. Sometimes while I'm dreaming I imagine that I'm flying in the sky and I even realize that it's happening inside my dream. At those moments, lucid dreaming feels incredibly fun, and I really enjoy the experience.

However sometimes lucid dreaming can also become quite disturbing for me. There are moments when I feel a kind of dark pressure like I am stuck somewhere or in a difficult situation. For example I might be trying to run away but no matter how hard I try I simply can't move or escape.
